Pacific Link Housing’s mission is to provide affordable and secure housing solutions for those in the community who are in the greatest need.
We operate within a culture of social justice, fairness, transparency and accountability to all of our stakeholders.
We assist tenants reach towards their goals in life and support their aspirations to study, gain employment, learn new skills or actively participate in their local community. Ultimately, we provide opportunities to help tenants sustain their tenancy and thrive, creating stronger communities that benefit everyone.

There is never a one size fits all approach, so Pacific Link Housing works with a range of agencies that can provide specialist and individualised services in their areas of expertise.
Our Completed Developments
Pacific Link Housing has rapidly transitioned from a pure housing management focus, to both a management and supply focus. Since 2017 we have completed 129 units of housing covering the full continuum of social, affordable and disability housing through a range of projects in Sydney, the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Hunter regions.

Groundbreaking Affordable Housing Outcome for the Central Coast
Pacific Link Housing will partner with Central Coast Council to deliver additional affordable rental housing at The Entrance. The project is a key initiative from Council’s groundbreaking Central Coast Affordable and Alternative Housing Strategy, which was published in 2019.

Economic Growth Hampered by Lack of Affordable Housing
A collaboration between Business NSW, RDA Central Coast and Pacific Link Housing brought over 100 business leaders together at the inaugural Central Coast Housing Forum to discuss the impact of housing affordability gaps for the region.
