Pacific Link Housing has a skills-based board of directors with extensive experience in management, finance, property investment and development, social services, public policy and government. Having grown up on the Central Coast and currently in a capacity of CEO, Ian brings with him a strong finance background; having worked locally, and overseas at a number of commercial companies including IT, Hospitality and Insurance. He is CPA qualified and holds a degree in Management (Accounting major).
Executive Manager, Governance and Compliance & Company Secretary
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in London and subsequently in Sydney, Daphne began her career in Australia with an ASX-listed financial services company.
Following a career in the financial services industry in Sydney, Daphne worked for several years as practice manager at a leading firm of chartered accountants in Gosford before joining Pacific Link as Compliance Manager, in 2011. Daphne has lived on the Central Coast for more than 20 years.
Executive Manager, Tenancy
Simon has extensive management experience in the community housing sector across several Australian states, including providing housing services to remote Aboriginal communities in the Kimberley region. Prior to working in community housing, Simon worked for 10 years in the disability services sector in Australia and Ireland. Simon’s prior role was as the Business Improvements Manager at Link Housing in Sydney.
Executive Manager, Development
Mark joins Pacific link from his role as Project Director with a national project management firm, specialising in aged-care development and construction. Prior to this role he was with an Aged Care provider for 8 years and two years with a Canberra-based community housing provider. Mark holds a degree in Construction Management and Economics and a Class A Builders Licence.
Executive Manager, Assets
Llewellyn has worked in the property industry for over 15 years and has extensive experience in managing residential, commercial & industrial investment properties, shopping centres, business parks and housing estates.
He also has a strong commercial background having operated a Property Management Company and a Property Service & Maintenance Company for over 10 years.
Executive Manager, Finance
Cindy joined Pacific Link’s Finance team in 2012, following a career in commercial and manufacturing enterprises. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Diploma in Accounting and has regularly been promoted through roles in the Finance team, culminating in now leading the team of four.
