Chief Executive Officer
Craig joins PLH with a wealth of experience in the community housing sector. His previous roles have included eight years as CEO of Community Housing Canberra (CHC), a Tier One community housing provider in the ACT. Prior to CHC, Craig spent three years in development roles with Defence Housing Australia and four years with Business ACT, an agency of the ACT Government. He also holds an MBA and has a degree in communications.
Craig’s in-depth experience in the delivery of large-scale housing developments, particularly within the community housing sector, will ensure we continue to successfully deliver our pipeline of development projects
Manager, Governance and Compliance & Company Secretary
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in London and subsequently in Sydney, Daphne began her career in Australia with an ASX-listed financial services company.
Following a career in the financial services industry in Sydney, Daphne worked for several years as practice manager at a leading firm of chartered accountants in Gosford before joining Pacific Link as Compliance Manager, in 2011. Daphne has lived on the Central Coast for more than 20 years.

Ian brings with him a strong finance background; having worked locally, and overseas at a number of commercial companies including IT, Hospitality and Insurance. He is CPA qualified and holds a degree in Management (Accounting major).

Manager, Property Assets & Development
Mark joins Pacific link from his role as Project Director with a national project management firm, specialising in aged-care development and construction. Prior to this role he was with an Aged Care provider for 8 years and two years with a Canberra-based community housing provider. Mark holds a degree in Construction Management and Economics and a Class A Builders Licence.

Manager, Housing and Maintenance Services
Larissa had been working in Real Estate for 8 years before joining us at Pacific Link, having worked in both QLD and NSW. Larissa started here as a temp, then was given a permanent position as a Housing Manager, then whilst undertaking her Real Estate License course was promoted to Team Leader, the most recently to Manager of Housing and Maintenance Services. She has now successfully completed her Real Estate License.
