Pacific Link Housing is proud to be a part of the NSW Government’s Together Home project – the largest housing response dedicated to rough sleepers in the state’s history.
The $36 million project aims to support people who have been sleeping rough during COVID-19 into stable accommodation linked with wrap-around supports.
Pacific Link Housing will work in partnership with the NSW Government to deliver the program and provide lasting outcomes for those who are experiencing homelessness.
