Pacific Link Housing has welcomed new director Kristen Watts to its Board. Kristen has over twenty years’ experience in commercial finance, risk management, asset management and investment governance, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.
As a director of Australian Mutual Bank, she has over ten years of experience as a director in the APRA-regulated banking sector and a comprehensive understanding of the finance industry. Through her corporate career in the NSW electricity distribution sector, Kristen has been responsible for setting strategic vision, together with systems and processes for organisational transformation.
Kristen was formerly a director of St Vincent de Paul (Housing), overseeing a development phase that saw delivery of over 500 social and affordable housing units across NSW as part of the social and affordable housing fund (SAHF) initiative of the NSW Government. Kristen is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors Company Directors course.
