At a reception held in Sydney on 4th July 2019, Pacific Link Housing and the Tiny Homes Foundation won the Australian Housing Institute Professional Excellence in Housing Award for the Tiny Homes Project in Gosford!
This was a highly contested award with a record number of nominations from all around Australia and New Zealand. Nominations outlined successful projects and inspiring stories from housing authorities, small and large community housing providers, tenants and dedicated teams.
Pacific Link Housing now qualify for the Australasian Awards – to be announced in late August.
About the AHI Professional Excellence in Housing Award Program
The Australasian Housing Institute Awards provide an opportunity to showcase social housing success stories. The Institute has run an awards program since 2004. This program has become increasingly popular with members and housing professionals. The Awards formally recognise and reward excellence in professional practice, from grass roots to the most senior levels. Importantly, they promote to our colleagues and the community at large the difference that social housing professionals make to people’s lives.
